Millennium Tower’s 13,000-square-foot grand penthouse, which had been listed for sale for $37.5 million, is under contract, developer Millennium Partners announced Wednesday.
Millennium Partners declined to disclose the purchase price and the buyer, but the firm did say the buyer intends “to occupy the space as its family residence.” A source in the real estate industry said it’s a local buyer, but those details could not be confirmed.
