Someone or some people or something just bought the Millennium Tower’s 13,000-square-foot “Grand Penthouse” (as developer Millennium Partners calls it). The spread was asking $37,500,000 and would be far and away the priciest home sale in Boston history should it trade for anywhere near that amount. The penthouse is only under agreement, with the deal yet to close.
