Millennium Partners, which is building the 60-story Millennium Tower at One Franklin St. in Downtown Boston, has created a sales office that is just as beautiful as what someone will find in the luxurious residential development that will be delivered in less than two years.
The sales office opened Thursday at 40 Franklin St., diagonally across from the tower, which will sparkle with its glass and concrete façade.
Of the 442 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, 150 are already under contract, including three penthouses, said Richard Baumert, a partner of Millennium Partners. (Residents of other Millennium Partners’ properties were given the first opportunity last month to buy in the Tower.)
