Millennium Tower’s largest unit, the “Grand Penthouse,” has a buyer and is under agreement, according to the developers behind the tallest residential building in Boston.
The 13,000-square-foot condo takes up the entire top floor of the 60-story Millennium Tower and had a $37.5 million price tag when first announced.
