Millennium Tower Boston tallies $650 million in sales

Seventy percent of the 442 luxurious residences to be housed in Millennium Tower Boston in Downtown Crossing have been sold, according to Richard Baumert, a partner at Millennium Partners, which is developing the 60-story glass skyscraper.
That represents $650 million in sales since the sales office opened. Millennium Tower Boston won’t open until the summer of 2016.
“We are thrilled with the initial sales momentum of Millennium Tower Boston and how the project has been embraced by the local community,” said Baumert. Approximately 75 percent of sales have been to local buyers.
